Berkey Systems are a mobile gravity fed water filter purification systems, they will fully integrate to any room in the office or home. Simply place on counter top away from sink area or use with their own matching stainless steel stands. Berkey are created to take water from virtually any source in extreme emergency, once disinfected the water is fed via the Berkey filter system and restores the water quality without loosing the rich mineral content. The water passes from the top chamber through the Black Berkey charcoal filters to provide safe great tasting water. They do not require any plumbing or electricity and the black Berkey filters can last up to 10 years or 11000 Litres each. Berkey® Systems equipped with Black Berkey® Purification Elements remove up to 99.999% of viruses and 99.9999% of pathogenic bacteria, while also removing or dramatically reducing protozoa, trihalomethanes, inorganic minerals, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, VOCs, petroleum products, perfluorinated chemicals, rust, silt, sediment and even radiologicals. Each pair of long-lasting Black Berkey® Purification Elements can treat up to 6,000 gallons (or about 5 years of typical use) before needing replacement. If desired, Berkey PF-2™ Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements may be installed on each Black Berkey® Purification Element.
1. PF2 Fluoride Filter
- The Berkey PF-2™ Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements adsorb the following unwanted elements found in drinking water:
- Fluoride: Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Fluorosilicate, Fluorosilicic Acid (aka Hydrofluorosilic Acid)
- Arsenic: V and pre-oxidized Arsenic III
- Other residual heavy metal ions
- Made from safe, non-leaching Polypropolene #5 that is BPA-free
- Sold in a set of 2
- Number of Berkey PF-2™ Elements in the bottom chamber must match the number of Black Berkey® Purification Elements in the top chamber; for example, 4 Black Berkey® Purification Elements would require 4 PF-2 Filters

3. The Sport Berkey Filtering Water Bottle
- The Sport Berkey® Bottle is constructed from a non-leaching, LDPE #4 medical grade polymer, which is BPA Free.
- The filter element is designed to remove or dramatically reduce toxic chemicals, heavy metals, volatile organic compounds, trihalomethanes, detergents, pesticides, herbicides, chlorides, pharmaceuticals, petroleum-based products, unpleasant tastes and odor, silt, sediment and chlorine.

11. The Berkey Systems Steel Stands
The Berkey Base™ adds design and function to your stainless steel Berkey® System. Each polished stainless steel wire stand is 5” or 12.7cm tall and allows you to easily fit a glass or cup under the spigot. The feet are made of a non-marking, non-marring rubber that is bonded to the stand for added durability and stability. The stands are available in 4 sizes, designed to fit each stainless steel Berkey® System.

Berkey® Tote
FOR BIG BERKEY® SYSTEM
Take your Big Berkey® system with you. The Berkey® Tote is made from durable 600 denier polyester, and is designed to hold the upper and lower chambers of your Big Berkey® system. It features a carrying strap, reinforced stitching on all seams and handles, two D-rings for added durability, and two outer compartments for dry accessories such as spigots, blocking plugs, or a priming button.
The Berkey® Tote also comes with one Berkey® Element Case. Pack up to two (2) dry or properly stored Berkey® Elements.
The Berkey® Tote secures and organizes your Berkey® system and accessories during transit, thus preventing minor scratches and the accumulation of debris. The Berkey® Tote is not intended to protect your system from damage. The Berkey® Tote and the Berkey® Element Case are not waterproof. Please see instructions for more information, including care and warranty exclusions.

15. The Berkey Primer for Black Filters
*The Black Berkey Primer™
- A hand priming pump that makes it possible to prime Black Berkey® Purification Elements offline, without the need for faucets or hose connections. Priming the Black Berkey® Purification Elements saturates the filters with water prior to their use, allowing for clean water production anywhere
- If you have a small sink or short faucet, the Black Berkey Primer™ makes it easy to prime your Black Berkey® Purification Elements
- The Black Berkey Primer™ also purges(or back-flushes) the Black Berkey® Purification Elements using air instead of water to clean the pores of the compressed carbon filter wall. Purging the Black Berkey® Purification Elements cleans the pores of debris that has accumulated with use and reduces the time and effort needed to dry the filters prior to storing them
